This website provides direct public access to regulatory draft and final permits potentially
affecting water quality. This includes Title V and other air quality (AQ) permits, as well as NPDES and other water quality (WQ) wastewater
permits. These draft and final permits, and related documents, are made available as a public service in lieu of regulatory agencies making
these documents directly available to the electronically literate internet community. This website is a continual work-in-progress and will be
updated, as often as possible, when key draft and final permits are obtained from issuing regulatory agencies. The lists linked to this website
are not all inclusive but are lists based on current draft and final permits as they are made available to us by regulatory agencies. Presently,
the draft and final permits available on this website are obtained from the State of Oregon, but this service may expand to other states and
federal agencies if needed.
